Karma Tenzin
(Administrations & Finance)He joined us in 2013 as a reservation manager. Because of his abilities he is the Administration and Finance Manager today. He has proved a big asset to the company. He looks after the organisation’s finance, administration and any other office requirements. Karma ensures that every liabilities and assets of the company are well updated and vendors paid on time.
Karma is also a rider and goes with our Motor cycling groups whenever he has time.
Jyoti Rasaily
(Hotels and Reservations)Jyoti Rasaily recently joined us in October 2016. She looks after all the correspondences and also assists Trishna. She has worked in various firms including travel firms and is finally with us where her skills are best used. She is Trishna’s second sister.
Leki Chogyal
(Bhutan Visa & Permits)Leki joined us in April 2019 in place of our previous Visa and permit officer. He has graduated higher secondary school and was trained in hotel management. He worked in a hotel in Thimphu after his trainings, however his interest in working in a Tour company brought him with us. He takes care of all the Bhutan Visa and permits for our office.
Nidup Dema
(Tours & Operations)Nidup Dema joined us in 2015 as operations assistant and is now promoted to Tours and Operations Officer. She gives life to the travel plans and programs. She allocates vehicles and guides, processes the visa and permits. She keeps track of each individual traveler and groups on daily basis and ensures every traveler have a perfect holiday in Bhutan without any hindrances.
Karma Sonam
(Accounts officer)Karma Sonam Joined us in the year 2017, right after completing his Bachelors Degree in Commerce. He started as Assistant accounts officer and now looks after the accounts for this company.He is responsible for the receivables and payables for the company and ensures that our vendors and suppliers are kept happy and updated in regards to all finance matters.
Dawa Gyeltshen
(Accounts Assistant)Dawa Gyeltshen joined our company as an intern in 2017. His capabilities, enthusiasm and dedication towards his work made him a permanent employee in our company, He assists in the daily financial requirements of the company. He is also talented in traditional Bhutanese music. He can sing, dance and also play dramyin (traditional Bhutanese guitar).
Susmita Rai
(Reservations Associate)As the company grew, our team had to grow, where by we recruited Susmita Rai along with other Reservation Associates in order to meet the growing requirements of the company. Besides reservations with the hotels, Susmita is very much talented in music also. She is a high school graduate and joined us in 2018. She takes care of all hotels reservations for the company.
Sarita Mongar
(Reservation Associate)Sarita joined our team in the beginning of 2017. She was a fresh high school graduate when she joined us. After working with us as a trainee for two months she took over hotel reservations. It has been over two years and she is performing well as a team of Ideal Travel Creations. besides being humble and simple, She is also dedicated and hard working.
Bina Gurung
(Reservation Associate)Bina joined the Ideal Travel Creations team together with the Other Reservation Associates as the time required the company to be well equipped to handle further increase in the number of guests we handled every year. She was also a fresh high school graduate when she joined us. She served the company as a trainee before becoming a permanent employee.
Vivek Uraon
(Guide)Vivek started his career with us in the year 2014. Vivek is one of our oldest guides. He has impressed all our guests by his outstanding service, good attitude and comprehensive knowledge. He is friendly and always ready to render extra services for greater success of every tour he leads. He spent most of his time as a student and a child in Paro.
Tshering Dorji
(Guide)Tshering Dorji was trained as a Guide by the Tourism Council of Bhutan in the year 2012. He started his career as a Government employee, however his love for travel made him resign and train himself as a guide. After graduating as a guide he has been working with us since our establishment in the year 2012 and now leads our groups from different parts of the world. He is the senior most guide.
Tshering Dorji (B)
(Guide)We have two Tshering Dorjis, whereby we call him Tshering Dorji “B”. The is a cultural guide trained and certified by the Tourism Council of Bhutan. He is in Bhutan Tourism Industry since 2013.He has also done a course in Chinese language. He is humble, hardworking, dedicated and ensures that every Bhutan tour he leads is a big success.
Phatta Singh Ghalley
(Guide)Phatta Singh Ghalley is passionate about photography and designing. He joined Bhutan Tourism Industry as guide in the year 2012. He worked in a few other Bhutan Travel Companies before joining Ideal Travel Creations and has been working with us since 2015. he is a person of creative mind and passionate hobbies. He loves designing, photography and the nature .
Pema Thinley
(Guide)Pema Thinley is a certified English Speaking Cultural Guide certified and trained by the Tourism Council of Bhutan. He specializes in cultural tours in Bhutan and has been working with us since the year 2017. He is passionate of his job of traveling and guiding tourists from all over the world and has always made us proud of every feedback we get about him.
Thinley Namgyel
(Guide)Thinley Namgyel was trained as a Cultural Tour Guide by the Tourism Council of Bhutan in the year 2016. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. After graduation in 2013, he worked in a Hotel and did a course in marketing. However, his love for travel persuaded him to be trained as a guide and has been with us since he was certified to handle groups in 2016.
Jigme Thinley
(Guide)Jigme Thinley passed out as a certified guide in the year 2013. he then worked with Uma by Como. He joined our team in the year 2016. Jigme Thinley is a well experienced guide. Besides his humble and helping nature has been loved by all the tourist touring Bhutan with him. He hails from Eastern Bhutan and is proud that he has visited almost every corners of the Bhutan.

(Driver)Karma Tenzin joined us in September 2017. Before joining us he had been driving in another tourism company. He has very good skills in driving. His very good skills in driving and good knowledge of vehicles makes him the driver in our company. Having been around with many tourist groups, he also has very good knowledge of the Tourism in Bhutan.
Narayan Gazmer
(Driver)Narayan Gazmer started his career as a driver in the early 2000’s. He was driving a Taxi then. He then left driving Taxi and started driving Coaster bus on freelance basis till he joined us as a permanent driver in 2018. He is a soft spoken and humble person. His driving skills and knowledge of the roads in Bhutan is praise worthy.
Singye Gyeltshen
(Driver)Singye Gyeltshen joined us in 2018 in replacement of our previous driver. He started his career as a driver in the late 90’s and has been driving different kinds of vehicles in different sectors. He is well experienced and well versed with all the road networks in Bhutan. With his excellent driving skills and lively nature, he has impressed every tourist traveling with him.
Harka Biswa
(Driver)Harka Biswa started his career somewhere in the 1990’s in the Bhutan Transport Industry. He drove transport bus for more than 15 years. Then he bought a taxi an was working with the same until we bought a coaster. He still drives his taxi whenever he is not on tour and he is the most senior and experienced person in the Ideal Travel Creations family.
